Ingredients:

• 6 large peaches, pitted and cut into 3/4 inch slices
• 1/4 c. sugar
• Juice of 1 lemon
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp. SF Natural peach flavor

For the Crumble:

• 1 c. all purpose flour
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter, chilled and cubed
• pinch of salt
• 1.5 tsp. SF Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 c. chopped almonds (or whatever nuts you like)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375F. In a large bowl, toss the peaches with the sugar, lemon juice, peach flavor and salt.
2. To make the topping, combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, and using your hands pinch the dry ingredients into the butter, until the mixture has a sandy texture.
3. Pour the peaches into a baking dish, making sure they are evenly spread among the pan. Gently sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top of the peaches. Bake until the peaches are bubbly and the topping is golden in color, about 45 minutes.
4. Serve warm or room temperature with Sovereign Vanilla Ice cream
