Procurement Department Supervisor
About the Position
The Procurement Dept. Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for raw materials, supplies, equipment and oversees all aspects of an organization's goods and services procurement function. Planning and directing materials and supply to reduce costs and improve quality. This position requires the procurement of necessary ingredients and packaging materials and to maintain records of quality, service, and adherence to specifications. Additionally, the Procurement Dept. Supervisor manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. In charge of developing, and monitoring the activities of a procurement team. Some travel may required. **New location opening in TX in 2023** This position will be responsible for the management of both CA & TX but will be based in Santa Ana, CA and 100% onsite.
Production Packer
About the Position
The Production Packer is responsible for proper packaging, labeling items, making sure all flavor batches are in their appropriate packaging and for enforcement of the highest level of good manufacturing practices in all areas of production. The Production Packer must pay attention to detail and have the ability to organize items in an efficient and careful manner.
Shipping & Receiving
About the Position
The Shipping and receiving department manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. The shipping clerk collaborates and communicates with other warehouse employees, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Procurement Specialist
About the Position
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for providing logistical support to the Procurement Manager. This position requires collaboration with Production and various departments and is 100% onsite.
Quality Control Technician
About the Position
The QC technician is responsible for the testing and evaluation for all incoming raw materials and outgoing production batches to ensure that products meet specifications. They are also responsible for putting together the necessary documents prior to shipment of orders. They will also assist in generating Safety Data Sheets & labels and fulfilling COA requests. Must be available between the hours of 10am - 8:30 pm Monday - Friday, including some Saturdays.
