Meet Thao. During regular business hours, she’s Sovereign Flavors’ sales support manager and in-house TTB compliance expert, and on Friday afternoons, she’s the company’s official iced blended mocha maker. 

Thao started this trend when she first began working at SF by making herself blended mochas everyday at 2 pm. Colleagues couldn’t help but to notice the delicious mocha she was routinely making, and soon enough the entire office wanted one! Now three years later, every friday afternoon, Thao makes a big batch of her popular blended mocha and hand delivers to each employe that wants one.
