As the first month of the year is coming to a close, we wanted to take the time to appreciate our fantastic employees who make flavoring look easy. We are fortunate to have 2 new members join our team, Russell Armantrout and Brandon Rojas. Russell is our Building Sanitation in charge of keeping our facilities clean to meet COVID standards especially during the pandemic. Brandon is our new purchasing assistant and will be working closely with our Purchasing Agent, Carly. Both of these individuals have been a great help in growing our company, and we are looking forward to seeing them thrive.

We partnered with Sandy’s Food Service to help us honor all of our employees’ hard work. Everyone enjoyed some spec-taco-lar tacos during their lunch break! As a new company tradition, we had our first two winners of our newsletter trivia questions. Both Mimi Nguyen and Horacio Arellano won Sovereign Flavors swag bags, including a backpack, pen, straw, hat, and notebook. 

We are also grateful to celebrate another year of flavoring with Qing Zalewski and Paul Johnston. January marks Qing’s 5th year and Paul’s 3rd year anniversaries with Sovereign. Qing is a part of our QC team, and Paul is in our Flavors team. Additionally, we have to celebrate our January Birthdays! Oscar Figueroa, Brandon Rojas, Carly Yanez, Daniel Gonzalez, Steve Warth Jr., and Russell Armantrout.
