May’s flavor of the month at Sovereign is Mango; this tropical fruit is just in time for some summer weather. Mangos come in various shapes and varieties.  Each variety of mango has its own unique flavors notes and will vary depending on the ripeness. Sovereign’s mango-flavor library is as extensive as are the varieties of mangoes! Our mango flavors range from the sweet, lightly peachy note of honey mangoes to the slightly tart, tropical flavor of Tommy Atkins mangoes. Currently, our flavor library contains over 100 mango variants by mango type, ripeness, and flavor blends. Not only do we offer Natural mango flavors, but we also have organic, WONF, and oil-soluble versions of our flavor of the month.

Mango Ranch Water Recipe

Ingredients: 

• Ice
• 2 oz tequila (favorite brand) 
• Sparkling water, we love Topo Chico
• ¼ tsp  Sovereign Flavors Natural Mango Flavor 
• Mango slice 
• Lime slice 

Directions

1. Add ice to a glass, add tequila and Mango flavor,top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime and mango slices.
